1. Read the licence carefully.
 

1. In the following, Mark Henning () is called the "licensing authority" (abb.: LA). The licensee is called the "user".
    
2. This licence and the usage of AnaMark is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any parts of this licence are not legally valid, they are changed to legally valid parts, which differ as little as possible from the initial ones. This substitution must not put the user in a worse position than the initial parts. All other parts retain their validity keep unchanged valid. Place of jurisdiction is Saarbrücken (Germany).
    
3. The user's personal data is stored. The LA will not give this information to others.
    
4. The LA is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence of his own. The amount of compensation is restricted to the official price of a user licence sold by the LA. The user must take precautions (e.g. make backups) to minimize possible damages. You must not use AnaMark in "critical" systems or networks where a failure may produce high damages (e.g. nuclear power plants or hospitals).
    
5. The user must keep the program files of AnaMark safe. He is liable for damages which result from a misuse of his files by others (e.g. if he stores the files on a server, which is not secure).
    
6. The user known to the LA is liable for all violations against AnaMark's licence agreement or the rights of the LA. Therefore the user must do a licence transfer if he sells his licence (see here). The user is responsible for ensuring his successor reads and understands AnaMark's licence agreement. By buying the licence from the user, the successor agrees to this licence and obtains the status of the user (who, of course, loses this status).
    
7. If the program-relevant files are destroyed (e.g. by fire) the user may obtain a new set of them from the LA. The user must pay for costs of delivery only.
